FOOD AUTOMATION
2026
The installation centers on a traditional process such as sifting flour, which has been detached from the human hand and left in the 'hands' of an automated mechanism. Flour, as a symbol of bread, loses its connection to human hands and becomes part of an endless cycle of production.
